What are the timings available?
The first batch in the morning starts at 5.45 am and last batch ends at 8.00 pm. You can choose an appropriate timing as per your convinience.
How to come to class?
Come with Empty stomach, comfortable dress and an Yoga mat. For those with medical conditions like diabetes, they can have a light food like a glass of milk before class.
